Gene Graduated Penn State University with a degree in Psychology. He then served four years as a Captain in Army Military Police. Gene then earned a Master’s Degree and a Law Degree from Temple University. He served as a Judge in the Common Pleas Court in Philadelphia for seventeen years. After retiring from the bench, Gene then earned a second Master’s Degree and retired to become a partner at the Law Firm of Montgomery, McCracken in Philadelphia. Gene is an Honorary Life Member of the Central High School Alumni Association. He is married with two sons and three grandsons. Gene and his wife have one son- a Central graduate in the 253rd class.
