| BSEE from Lafayette with advanced work in Finance and Managementat Dartmouth,University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers University. Served two years as an Army officer, including one year in Vietnam. Worked 36 years in Engineering, Operations, Finance, Regulatory and Marketing at Verizon Communications and predecessors (e.g. Bell Atlantic). Retired in 2000 from Verizon as Vice President, Business Product Marketing. Married with two children. Son Tim (BS Acctg., Bucknell and MBA ,Columbia, CPA) is married with two girls and a boy. Daughter Maureen (BS Math, Georgetown) is married with two girls and a boy. Wife Trish(BS Nursing and Education ,Temple University)teaches and plays the violin professionally. We enjoy traveling,
reading, gardening, etc. CHS provided a great education and foundation for much of my life.
