| AKA The Wachovia Spectrum is over forty years old, and the indoor arena replaced the outdoor JFKennedy Arena. Everything from the Sixers to WWF to the Ice Capades to Barry Manilow has played the Sprectrum, and this venue is one of my favorite. The Rocky statue was placed in front of the Spectrum after being moved from the Philadelphia Museum of Art in the 1980s. To the right of the Spectrum is located the Citizens Bank ballpark,the Philadelphia Phillies new home. | ||||||||||
